Metal Free

With this section we would like to focus your attention on the so-called Metal Free orthodontic appliances, that means without ferromagnetic metal.

Today new technologies and new materials allow us to design and build a whole series of custom-made Metal free orthodontic medical devices.

The 3D digital design gives us the possibility to use technopolymers and 3d technology for both additive and subtractive printing with class 2A certified materials (long therm durability).

This allows us to be able to replace a big number of orthodontic devices for adults and children but expecially in the context of Pediatric Orthodontics.

These devices are also compatible with the execution of Nuclear Magnetic Resonances without being removed from the patient’s oral cavity, unlike the ferromagnetic ones. This should not be overlooked since there are not only programmed but also urgent during the Nuclear Magnetic Resonances.
