3D  Orthodontics is our laboratory true core business, untill today 80% of our work is managed through intra-oral scanning and 3D design programs.

Currently, the whole workflow is managed digitally throughout files and digital design. The result is sent all over the world. Moreover, we are the 3Shape reference point for developing and testing all theirs orthodontics programs.

The 3D technolgies has radically changed the whole dental supply chain, expanding the possibilities of interaction between parts at an extreamly high level. This allows the orthodontic laboratories, like ours, to fast-produce medical devices within the time of an industrial production chain, but with a considerable plus: being able to control and assure the quality of all the componens, materials and properties of the product, which was not possible previously. At the same time, this new technology has given a deep improvement in terms of innovation to all orthodontics laboratories around the world.
